ARW offers independent structural peer reviews to provide valuable, unbiased feedback to the design team and ensure that the structural system is compliant with industry standards and regulations. ARW has extensive experience evaluating, analyzing, and upgrading existing structures for gravity and seismic forces. Analyses and upgrades have been completed using ASCE 41, FEMA, IBC, and other recognized standards.

We are well versed with immediate post-earthquake analysis and visual observations and utilize ATC-20 evaluation procedures in actual post-earthquake conditions. Along with assessments, we can also provide detailed analysis and design for repairs and/or upgrades.

Building information Modeling (BIM) has become an important tool in engineering design and construction and allows for improved collaboration and increased production.  We utilize Revit and other engineering software programs to implement BIM technologies, aiding our clients and owners to plan and design in a precise and efficient manner.  Our BIM staff has a total of 108 years of combined experience; their knowledge base and continuing education efforts are incomparable.
